Lately Gwen has been playing with the pots' and pans' lids and I thought I'd catch her in the act! She is embarrassed that's why she's laying down in the cupboard. Yesterday she put her doll on the lid rack! So why do I buy toys? I think that I am hoping they will distract her from my lids, the flour, the cereal, the broom, the dental floss and the vacuum attachments!

Anders is obsessed with the vacuum cleaner attachments, too. The other day he vacuumed the bottom stair for 10 minutes with our little stair vac. I had to pull the plug or I don't think he would have ever stopped.
I wonder that same thing sometimes! I don't think my kids actually play with toys...except for the video kind! Seth can entertain himself all day with non-toys. But I think you're onto something...distraction from all those things we don't want them to play with! Cute photo, by the way...
