A Movie with a Great Message

My niece Erin recommended this movie, Fireproof. Unfortunately, we never made it to the theater to see it. We watched it last night. Taran was in a mood and was making fun of it's cheesiness but I appreciated it's brave stand on the importance of keeping a marriage together--and more importantly HOW to do it. I highly recommend this movie to all married couples even if there aren't any issues right now. It gives some great ideas. I may buy the book. So snuggle up with your spouse and watch this movie! If you live near me borrow it!

I am curious about the book - you"ll have to do a book review.

I got the book and the movie for Juan, we saw it in the theater and he loved it. So, you can borrow the book from me, too. It is a bit cheesy but it makes some really good points so I feel it's worth the cheesiness.

I bought the book last night--$10 at Wal Mart. If you see the movie or have seen the movie the book goes with it. It's basically the book the main character's dad gives him to save his marriage. There are 40 things--one to do each day which will help improve your marriage. There is a corresponding scripture for each day from the Bible. It also has a place for you to write down your goals for that day.
